Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on, accessing, or using the Logfare API, website, or any services provided by Logorhythms ("we", "us", "our") at logfare.ai (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must explicitly accept these Terms during account registration. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Logfare provides free access to large language model (LLM) inference via an OpenAI-compatible API. Access requires a registered account and a valid API key. The Service proxies requests to third-party LLM providers and returns their responses. All requests are logged and used to operate the Service and to build private, internal datasets used to evaluate and benchmark models and — where you opt in — to train and fine-tune them (see Privacy Policy §2). We do not sell, license, or distribute your data, or any derivative of it, to any third party.
The Service offers two tiers of models:
- Standard models are available free to every registered user. We log your requests and may use the post-scrub content in our internal evaluation datasets on a legitimate-interest basis; you may object at any time via /consent without losing access.
- Premium models (typically newer or larger models) are available to users who opt in to model-training use of their content, as described in Privacy Policy §2c. Opting in is free, consent-based, and reversible at any time via /consent. Declining (or later withdrawing) only means premium models become unavailable to you — your access to the standard tier is never affected.
3. Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and can lawfully form a binding contract. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We do not knowingly accept users who do not meet these eligibility requirements. If we become aware a user does not meet these requirements, we will terminate the account and delete associated data.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a username and password. Upon registration, you will receive a unique API key. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API key
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Your API key is shown once at registration. We cannot recover lost keys, but you can regenerate yours at any time from the dashboard. Regeneration immediately invalidates the previous key.
5. No Uptime Guarantees
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make absolutely no guarantees regarding:
- Uptime, availability, or reliability of the Service
- The accuracy, quality, or suitability of model outputs
- Continued availability of any specific model
- Response times or latency
- Data integrity or persistence
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
6. Data Collection and Usage
By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, summarized here:
- All data transmitted through the Service is logged, including request bodies, response bodies, IP addresses, user agents, HTTP headers, timestamps, and associated metadata.
- Account data is stored, including your username, hashed password, and API key hash.
- Logged request and response content (after best-effort PII scrubbing at ingest) is used to operate the Service and to build private, internal datasets used to evaluate and benchmark LLM performance.
- We do not sell, license, or distribute your data, or any derivative of it, to any third party. Benchmark results we publish are aggregate; the dataset built from your content is never published or shared.
- Optional model training: if you opt in at /consent, your post-scrub content may also be used to train and fine-tune our models, which unlocks premium models. This use is consent-based (you choose it) and reversible. However, content already incorporated into a trained model's weights cannot be removed from that model — withdrawing consent or deleting your account stops future training use and deletes your logs, but cannot reverse training already performed. See Privacy Policy §2c.
- You may opt out of having your content used in evaluation datasets, and opt in or out of training use, at any time via /consent. You can also request a copy of your data, deletion of your account, or correction of inaccurate information. See Privacy Policy §5.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate, transmit, or facilitate any content that is illegal under applicable law
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
- Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
- Submit personal information about third parties without their consent — for example, pasting another person's email, phone number, address, medical record, or private communications into prompts
- Submit credentials, API keys, secrets, or sensitive authentication data
- Submit information regulated under HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, PCI-DSS, or equivalent regimes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Attempt to access the admin panel or internal systems
- Share your API key with unauthorized third parties
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Submitting content that violates this section may result in immediate account termination, and you indemnify us against any resulting claims (see §11).
8. Fair Use
While we do not impose hard rate limits, fair use applies. Excessive, abusive, or automated traffic that degrades the Service for other users may result in throttling, temporary blocks, or permanent account suspension at our sole discretion. If you need sustained high-volume access, please contact us first.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. This is a free service — we owe you nothing.
You may terminate your account at any time by clicking "Delete My Account" on the dashboard or emailing support@logfare.ai. Termination of your account triggers the deletion process described in Privacy Policy §4.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logorhythms and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logorhythms and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of content prohibited under §7.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes that affect your rights — for example, changing how we use logged content — we will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise (e.g., CCPA small-claims rights for California consumers, or rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the Privacy Act 1988 for Australian consumers).
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the dashboard or contact support@logfare.ai. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, subject to the limitations described in Privacy Policy §4.
