Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), you have the right to direct Logorhythms not to sell or share your personal information to third parties. This page lets you exercise that right.
If you have a Logfare account: the fastest way to opt out is via the Consent page, where the change takes effect immediately. You can also use the buttons below.
If you do not have an account: the data we have about you consists only of your IP address, user-agent string, and timestamps from any unauthenticated requests you may have sent. Email support@logfare.ai from any address with the IPs / approximate dates and we will exclude that subset from any dataset sale.
- Going forward, best-effort anonymized derivatives of your request and response content will be excluded from datasets we sell or license to third parties. (IP addresses, User-Agent strings, and HTTP headers are already excluded from those datasets regardless of consent — see Privacy Policy §3a.)
- Your data continues to be used for service operation (security, abuse detection, debugging, and the LLM provider routing the request itself) — these are necessary processing activities under CCPA §1798.140(e).
- Datasets that have already been distributed to third parties cannot be recalled — see Privacy Policy §4.
- Premium-tier models that require consent will return 403 until you opt back in.
Other CCPA / CPRA rights
You also have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you — request via the dashboard or email.
- Delete your personal information — request via the dashboard or email.
- Correct inaccurate personal information — email us with what needs correcting.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
See Privacy Policy §5b for the full California rights block.
